- The short answer is, it depends on what you order and how fast you need it, but here is the longer answer.
- Screenprinting: standard production 7 business days after art approval, rush service (within reason) available at no extra charge.
- Embroidery: standard production 10 business days after logo approval, rush service (within reason) available at no extra charge.
- Promotional Items: typically 10-12 business days but varies by product, rush service available on most products for an additional charge.
- Heat Transfer: standard production 3 business days, rush service (within reason) available at no extra charge.
- Paper Printing: 7-10 business days
- Banners: 5 business days
- Graphic Design: 2 business days

Since you offer more services than most vendors, are your prices higher?
- Well, that depends on who you compare us to. Even though we provide a much more extensive service than most of our competitors, our prices are in line with market rates; we will not be the highest but we will not be the lowest either. If you are looking for a company that has the absolute lowest, rock-bottom prices, we are not the solution for you. Your best bet is to search on Google for a company, point, click, and pray.
What is your minimum order?
- One item, anything less than that, we can’t help you. Certain product categories are obviously more conducive to low quantities than others. With our wide arrange of product offerings, we can find the right fit for you.

- We accept check, purchase orders, credit card (Visa, MC, Discover through our processor and AmEx through Paypal), cash, or money order.

- Our staff is typically in the office from 8:30-6:00 but we work until the work is done.
