1. Establish Brand Clarity
- “Know thyself” is the first key to understanding where you need to go. We ask questions about your company to establish brand clarity, because how can you tell someone who you are if you don’t even fully know?
2. Determine Target Audience
- After we establish who you are, we will need to know exactly who it is you are going after. In order for your promotions to be effective as possible, we will need to provide an incentive to your customers that with the highest degree of confidence will peak their interest, and the only way to do that, is to get to know them.
3. Set Promotional Goals
- Once we know who you are and who your customers are, we need to know what it is you want the promotion to do. Do you want the promotion to attract new customers, reactivate current customers, increase the average size of your orders, say thank you, or just put your name out there? How many people do you want to reach?
4. Settle on Budget
- Once we find out the exact value of your customers to you, we will be able to establish a per customer budget parameter. With our per customer budget parameter and the goal for how many people you want to reach, we will be able to be able to map out your overall project budget.
5. Begin the Hunt
- Your work is now done and it’s time to leave it to the pros. We then take all of this information back to our marketing roundtable and brainstorm strategies and product ideas that will make your campaign as effective as possible.
6. Review Campaign
- We then present a couple well thought out marketing plans with their corresponding promotional items for your review. You pick your favorite strategy and we get underway!
7. Create Tracking System
- While your promotional items are in production, we work with you to create a systematic tracking system…because as we said before, if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.
8. Prepare to Launch
- By the time your items arrive, you will have a clear view of exactly when, where, and how you should be distributing your promotional items. It will be no longer acceptable for you to have boxes of unopened items collecting dust…we have a plan and it’s time for your items to go to work and truly “make your name sell!”
9. Track Leads and Sales
- Now it is time to see the fruits of your labor and work the system we developed together. Document how you got each lead and follow it through to see which ones turn into sales and the size of that order.
10. Tweak and Repeat!
- After a few months of seeing the results of the campaign, we will meet and review its areas of effectiveness. We will tweak the campaign where needed and do it again, because the best way to market to your customer base is through consistent, predictable means.
