Ad Agency Process

Here is our typical process of working with Ad Agencies:

1) We discuss the project as a whole and your specific client’s wants and needs.  We will work with as little or as much guidance as you can provide.

2) Our team goes to work scouring our database of over half a million items for ones that fit the parameters of your clients needs.

3) We place these items in a presentation that includes all pertinent information (size, available colors, pricing, production time, etc) about the item.  Click here to see a sample presentation.

4) You review the items with your team and let us know which ones are of interest, let us know, and we dig a little deeper to confirm this particular vendor provides the best value for that specific item.

5) If time permits, we order a sample of the item for you to see, feel, and touch to make sure it is exactly what you and your client want.

6) After we receive artwork, we will provide you a mock-up for art & placement approval before placing the order.

7) After the order is placed and completed, we will bring it by your office or drop ship it to your client, whatever you want us to do.



**There are a few other options we offer that make your life easier as well.

  • Often times your client wants to pick out the item from the choices, so to streamline the presentation process, we can place your agency logo and color scheme on the presentation so it can just be forwarded on to your client with no extra effort.
  • Most agencies also charge an additional margin on top of the price of them item to their clients.  If you let us know what that margin is, we can add that to the price of the item in the presentation to be viewed by your client.
